Find your own flow.Realign your balance.

You are not meant to move in parallel with others. Your body has its own rhythm, its own needs. When that rhythm is disrupted, imbalance appears in your energy, your sleep, your emotions.

A personalised approach

The body carries its own rhythm.

Every individual carries different rhythms, sensitivities, and patterns shaped by the body, emotions, environment, and daily life.

My approach draws from the philosophy of the Five Elements, constitutional medicine, acupuncture, nutrition, and integrative care to support the body in a more thoughtful and personalised way.

Areas of focus

Care for the whole person.

My clinical practice focuses on personalised and integrative care for complex, interconnected health concerns supporting the body through every stage of wellbeing.

Integrative care

Tune into your body’s unique resonance.

By listening carefully to the body and recognising the patterns behind imbalance, treatment becomes more thoughtful, personalised, and connected to the individual as a whole.

Begin with understanding.

Every person's story, constitution, and experience of health is unique. Together, we take the time to understand what your body may be communicating and how best to support it.
